The main goal of the EME Aero Purchasing Department is to build relationships with suppliers based on a partnership approach and mutual understanding that ensures the selection of business partners who meet the needs of the end customer. Providing high quality products and services is important to us in the same way as increasing the accuracy and reliability of deliveries, optimizing the lead time and obtaining the best pricing conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following General Terms and Conditions including both purchase contracts and service contracts apply to all current and future orders, contracts and business relationships.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“General Terms and Conditions of Purchase dated  31_01_2021” are applicable to all orders placed until October 1st, 2024, inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“General Terms and Conditions of Orders valid from 02_10_2024” are applicable to all orders placed from October 2nd, 2024 onwards.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
